Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time.

To upgrade your membership:

  1. Log in
  2. Head to the ‘Account’ section 
  3. Click ‘Membership’
  4. Click the ‘Upgrade’ button (if you’re already on our Premium plan you won’t see the upgrade button as this is our highest level of membership)
  5. Choose the plan that’s best for you
When you upgrade your membership, we collect the difference between how much your current plan costs and how much the plan you’ve upgraded to costs immediately. For example, if you upgrade from Plus (£1/week) to Premium (£3/week), we immediately collect the difference (£2). This gives you access to your new benefits straight away. We’ll then continue to take your membership payments on your usual payment day. For example, if you’re paying for your Plus membership every Wednesday, and then you upgrade to a Premium membership on a Monday, we collect the £2 difference immediately, and will continue to collect your next membership payment at the new amount of £3 as usual on Wednesdays.
This applies to Standard and Plus members only.
