How do I check if I'm a Standard, Plus, Premium or Classic member?

Standard, Premium and Plus Memberships are new to LOQBOX. 

Existing customers working on building their credit scores with LOQBOX Save are Classic members and will not be able to upgrade to Premium or Plus membership until their current LOQBOX Save product is complete. However if they’re subscribed to our 10-point, 25-point or 50-point Promise they will continue to enjoy the benefits of that as normal during that time. 

Customers who are new to LOQBOX will have the chance to take a Premium or Plus membership. 

If you’re not sure whether you a Standard, Premium, Plus or Classic member, here’s how you can check:

  1. Log in
  2. Head to the ‘Account’ section 
  3. If you see a ‘Membership’ panel, you’re either a Standard, Plus or Premium member and can view your membership here
  4. If you see a ‘Classic Member’ panel, you can view your active subscriptions such as 50-point Promise here
