What do I need to claim my membership Points Promise

You can claim your Points Promise after you’ve made 52 consecutive weekly membership payments and used an active credit builder (either Loqbox Spend or Loqbox Save) for those 52 weeks.

For Loqbox Save, ‘active’ means you’ve had no overdue payments. For LOQBOX Spend, ‘active’ means you’ve completed the sign up process. 

If you miss a membership payment, downgrade your membership plan or have an inactive Loqbox Save or Loqbox Spend, your Points Promise will be reset and you’ll need to start over.
