Why do I need to reconnect my bank account after 90 days?

To keep things safe and secure, Open Banking is controlled by strict rules and regulations. One of these regulations, Payment Services Directive 2, requires you to reconnect your bank account with us every 90 days.

To do this, you’ll need to re-authenticate your bank connection through your banking app or by logging into your bank account online. We’ll let you know when this needs to happen.
