How will I know when to reconnect my bank account?
We’ll send you an email 10 days before your bank connection is due to expire. You’ll have until the day after the 90 day period to reconnect.
Here’s how to reconnect your bank account:
- Log in
- Select ‘Rent’ at the top of the page
- Then select ‘Reconnect’
If you can’t see a ‘Reconnect’ option, it means your bank is already connected. You can easily check your connection status by selecting ‘Bank Status’ in your account.
