I moved home, what should I do?
If you’ve recently moved house or apartment, please tell us your new address. We’ll need this to update your credit report.
Here’s how to update your home address:
- Log in
- Select ‘Rent’ at the top of the page
- Select ‘Move house’
- Enter your new tenancy address
Once you’ve told us your new address, we’ll update your details across all your active LOQBOX products (so you won’t need to update it in multiple places).
We’ll set up a new LOQBOX Rent for your new tenancy and close your old one for you.
