My tenancy start date is wrong, can I change this?

Yes! You’ll have a couple of days to change your tenancy start date from the day you sign up. 

To do this, simply contact our support team by clicking on the purple chat button and they’ll take care of it for you.

If you’ve had LOQBOX Rent for longer than a few days, you’ll need to close your current LOQBOX Rent and open a new one using the right tenancy start date.
