I’m trying to make a payment, but it says I have exceeded the maximum tries, what do I do?

If you have attempted your payment more than three times in a day and they have all failed, you'll need to wait until the next day to retry it again. 

Please ensure your card details are up to date before you try again. 

You'll get a 10 day grace period from your payment date before we consider the payment as late.
