Why does it take so long to get my money back if I cancel my LOQBOX Save the same day as a payment is taken?

If you have cancelled your LOQBOX Save within your 14 day cancellation period and on the same day as your payment was taken the card issuer (typically your bank) will ring-fence your funds to stop us from receiving them. 

As we will never receive your funds we are powerless to impact the process of your funds being returned. 

Your issuing bank will process your refund, this can take up to seven working days (but in our experience typically takes around five), we do not know why this process is so long. 

If you have not received your funds after seven working days please feel free to get in touch and we will attempt to help you locate your funds.
