I don’t have a credit score, why?
Sometimes the credit reference agencies (CRAs) don't have enough data to create a credit file or score for you to view. This can happen for a number of reasons, but most commonly because someone is new to the country or has not borrowed money before.
If you can't access your credit report yet, then you can still use a credit-building product. Any data reported to the CRAs will be stored with them and as soon as they have enough data they will be able to produce a file you can view. This can take some time, and there is no fixed time scale but anything you can do to create more data is a good thing. For example, make sure you are on the Electoral Roll and ensure all of your addresses are up to date on accounts you have.
