We make things super convenient for you by using the debit card you provided during setup. It's all automated — we'll charge your card for each monthly payment on the due date, thanks to a ‘Continuous Payment Authority’ (CPA).
Now, if for some reason we can't take the payment, no worries! We'll drop you an email heads-up. To sort it out, simply log in and give it another go manually.
To keep the smooth flow going, be sure to keep your card details updated on your Loqbox account. If your card goes missing or you receive a replacement, just log in and give us the new info. That way, we can avoid any missed payment blips. We'll be here to make sure everything runs like clockwork for you!
