Is there a cancellation period on my Loqbox?

We want to ensure you're completely comfortable with your decision and there is a  14-day window to cancel your Loqbox Save if you feel it's not the right fit for you. While we respect your choice, it's worth noting that many of our active Loqbox Save members experience an average credit score increase of 145 points in the first year. So, if you're looking to keep boosting that credit score, we encourage you to continue your saving journey with us.


To cancel, just follow these simple steps:


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on 'Save' at the top of the screen.
  3. Select 'Settings'.
  4. Choose 'Unlock my Loqbox Save'.


If you decide to cancel within this period, rest assured that no data will be reported to the credit reference agencies. Plus, if you've already made a payment, we'll promptly refund it back to you. Your satisfaction and financial well-being are our top priorities.
