How do I pay the balance on my Loqbox Grow account?

Managing your Loqbox Grow account balance is a piece of cake. We offer two convenient payment options, tailored to your membership, depending on whether you chose the weekly or yearly plan.

Yearly Membership Plan:

Opting for the yearly plan at just £99 for the entire year offers you a fantastic saving - it is  24% cheaper  than the weekly plan. With this plan, your membership fee is deducted from your Loqbox Grow account and renews on the same date each year.

If you decide to enhance your experience with extra features like bolt-ons, you'll only need to settle that additional outstanding balance.

Weekly Membership Plan:

For those on the £2.50 a week plan, on the first day of each month, we'll charge you for payments made on your Loqbox Grow account during the previous month.

We aim to collect this payment from your registered debit card on the same day. But in the event we can't process the payment on that day – say, due to an expired card or insufficient funds – don't fret. We'll keep you in the loop and attempt the payment again a few days later. Of course, if you prefer, you can take control by logging in and making the payment manually.

You have until the end of the month to settle your bill. For instance, if your bill covers payments from January and you're billed on February 1st, you'll need to settle the amount by March 1st.

A Friendly Reminder
Unsettled bills by the end of the month become ‘overdue’. And (although we don’t want this to happen for you) these overdue payments are reported to credit reference agencies and might have a negative impact on your credit score. We’ll reach out if you’ve fallen behind, but you can also keep track of your payments by visiting the 'Statements' page in your Loqbox Grow account.

Your journey towards a stronger credit score and financial wellbeing is our priority. If you have any questions or need guidance along the way, we're here to help!
