If you've moved recently, it’s easy to keep us up to date:
1. Log in.
2. Click 'Rent' at the top.
3. Choose 'Rent details.'
4. Select 'Change your address.'
5. Enter your new tenancy address.
Once that’s updated, your details across all your active Loqbox features are synchronised to this new address too. No need for multiple updates.
We'll also set up a new Loqbox Rent for your new tenancy and close the previous one.
