Can I change my membership?

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your membership whenever it suits you. We want to make sure you're getting the best experience possible with Loqbox!


If you're ready to make the switch, you can use this handy link to upgrade or downgrade your membership, or through your account using this step-by-step guide: 


  1. Log in to your account and head over to the ‘Account’ section.
  2. Click on the ‘Membership’ tab and scroll down until you see the option to ‘Manage membership.’
  3. Pick the membership plan that aligns with your preferences and goals.


Just keep in mind, if you decide to go for a downgrade, some of the perks you've been enjoying, like Loqbox Grow, Loqbox Rent, our Points Promise, and even free Flexi Unlock (after 26 payments), will no longer be accessible. 


If you're transitioning from a weekly plan, your existing benefits will stay with you until the end of the current week of membership. For instance, if your last payment was made on a Wednesday, your benefits will stick around until Tuesday.


For yearly plan downgrades, your existing benefits will continue until the end of the year. For example, if you made your last payment on January 2nd, you'll be enjoying those benefits until January 1st of the following year.
