- Look for the Alert: Once you're logged in, keep an eye out for an alert at the top of the 'All products' page. This alert will contain a link to retry the payment.
- Follow the Steps: Click on the provided link in the alert. This will guide you through the steps to retry your payment.
It's that simple! Once you've successfully settled a missed payment, your member benefits for that week will be backdated. This ensures that you don't miss out on any progress you've made toward your Points Promise or Flexi Unlock.
However, if you find it challenging to settle a missed payment, don't worry. Your membership benefits will continue to be limited to the Lite Membership plan, and any progress you've made toward your Flexi Unlock or Points Promise will be reset.
It's important to note that missed payments can impact your credit scores, and this information can remain on your credit report for up to six years. To prevent any negative effect on your credit score, if you're using Loqbox Save, we might deduct the missed membership payment from your savings balance.
