Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely, you have the power to cancel your paid membership whenever it feels right for you. We're here to support you, no matter what path you choose on your financial journey!


You can manage your membership using this handy link, or through your account using these steps:


  1. Log in to your account and saunter over to the ‘Account’ section.
  2. Click on the ‘Membership’ tab and scroll down until you spot the ‘Manage membership’ option.
  3. Choose to downgrade your plan


Keep in mind that waving goodbye to a paid plan means moving to a Lite Membership plan. You will miss out on some of your incredible perks like Loqbox Grow, Loqbox Rent, our Points Promise, and free Flexi Unlock (after 26 payments)

If you're on a weekly plan, you’ll have access to your existing benefits until the current week of membership concludes. For example, if you made your last payment on a Wednesday, your benefits will continue until the following Tuesday.


For the yearly plan adventurers, you’ll have access to your existing benefits until the end of the year. So, if you made your last payment on January 2nd, your benefits will continue until January 1st of the upcoming year.
