Why does it take so long to get my money back if I cancel my Loqbox Save the same day as a payment is taken?

If you've decided to cancel your Loqbox Save within the 14-day window and do so on the same day your payment was taken, your card issuer (usually your bank) will hold onto your funds to prevent us from receiving them.


Even though we won't receive the funds, we can't speed up the return process as it's in the hands of your issuing bank. They will handle the refund, and it might take up to seven working days (though typically around five) for them to complete this process. We understand that this wait can be a bit frustrating, and we're sorry about this.
