How do I claim my membership Point Promise

When the time is right, here's how you can make your Point Promise claim:

 

You can claim your Points Promise after you’ve made 52 weekly membership payments and used an active* credit builder (either Loqbox Grow or Loqbox Save) for those 52 weeks. 

 

When you’re eligible and ready to claim your Points Promise, simply get in touch with our member support team on support@loqbox.co.uk and share with them the following details: 

 

  • A copy of your current credit report showing what your credit score is now.
  • A screenshot of your credit score from when you started using Loqbox.
  • Your payment history for all accounts on your report for the past 52 weeks.

 

Remember, it's a good idea to take that initial screenshot of your credit score when you first joined Loqbox. This little gem serves a dual purpose – helping you with your personalised financial plan as well.

 

* For Loqbox Save, ‘active’ means you’ve had no overdue payments. For Loqbox Grow, ‘active’ means you’ve completed the sign-up process.
