How do I use jump-the-queue support with my 50 Point Promise?

As a Classic member who has subscribed to the 50-point Promise, you are entitled to jump-the-queue support. Just log in and click ‘Help‘ at the top of the page or in the menu section if you are on your mobile phone. This will automatically flag your query as high-priority for our customer support team.

If you send us a direct email from your inbox, there is no way for us to identify that you are a priority customer and our team will help you on a first-come-first-served basis.
