How do I cancel my yearly plan?

We totally get that life can take unexpected turns. If you're thinking about cancelling your yearly plan, we've got a smooth process in place: 


  1. Log in to your Loqbox account.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Account’ section 
  3. Click on ‘Membership’
  4. Select ‘Manage membership’
  5. Click on ‘Choose a different membership plan’
  6. Choose ‘Loqbox Lite’
  7. Click ‘Continue to lose my benefits’
  8. Share your reason for downgrading and click ‘Lose my benefits’ – we're here to listen.


Remember, there's a 14-day cooling off period so if you decide to cancel within the first 14 days from signing up and have already made your yearly membership payment, you'll receive a full refund. 


If you decide to part with us after this grace period, no worries! You'll still enjoy your Full Membership access until your renewal date, which is one year from your sign-up. After that, you'll seamlessly transition to our Lite membership. No extra charges, no fuss.
