There are a couple of common reasons why you might not have a credit score:
-
Thin credit file
This happens when there isn’t enough information in your credit history for TransUnion (one of the UK’s main credit reference agencies) to generate a credit score.
Don’t worry! By using Loqbox, you’ll be building your credit history. We report Loqbox payments to the credit reference agencies, helping to build upon any current information TransUnion has already.
-
Your personal information is incorrect or has recently changed
If your personal details (like your name, date of birth, or address) don’t match what TransUnion hold, it may prevent them from generating a score. Make sure all your personal details in Loqbox are correct and spelt correctly to avoid any issues. It’s also worth checking this with other lenders and the electoral register too.

If you still have concerns, it’s worth double-checking your TransUnion statutory credit report which you can request here.
