Why has my score changed

It’s completely normal to see small shifts in your score. Credit scores can often move up and down, even when there’s no significant change to your credit report. These could be caused by routine activities like lenders reporting regular payments, spending slightly more on your credit card one month, or updates made by TransUnion to their scoring model.

What’s most important is focusing on your overall progress and credit history.

If you’d like to view your credit report information that TransUnion holds, head over to TransUnion where you can get a copy of your full statutory report here.
