- Log in to your Loqbox account
- Tap on the speech bubble at the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tell us a bit about what’s going on
- We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a few hours

Feeling stuck or unsure what to ask?
If something isn’t as you expected, or you think something is wrong, it can be hard to explain. Don’t worry. We’ll ask you some questions to figure out what’s happening.
Give us all the information you have. We’ll listen, make the necessary fixes, and get you back up and running quickly.
Are you locked out of your account?
If you can’t get back into your account, there are a few ways you can get back in:
- Try using your email address as your user name
- If you joined in 2025, try searching all your email inboxes for ‘Your free trial starts here’. That’s one of first emails we send after you sign up
- If you need to reset your password, go to log in and click 'I've forgotten my password'
- If you're still locked out, use this form to tell us what’s going on and we’ll get back in touch with you as soon as possible
If you’re trying to log in because of another issue, please let us know about it at the same time, and we’ll help you resolve everything in one go.
Concerned about fraud or unusual activity?
If you report a suspected scam or fraud, our team may ask you to contact Action Fraud and forward suspicious messages.
We take these reports seriously and will guide you through what to do next.
