The 14 days after you sign up can go by really quickly.
If you want to check what you’ve used so far, follow these steps.
- Log in so you can see your home screen
- Scroll down and you’ll see your current plan and your active features
- If a Save journey has started, you’ll see how much you’ve saved already and the target you’re aiming for
- If a Grow balance has been used, it will show you how much you’ve spent this month

Why do we charge for membership?
The cost of membership covers access to the tools that helps you to build your credit history.
Membership costs £2.99 a week and is billed monthly. It covers:
- Access to our credit-building features Grow, Rent and Bolt-ons
- Access to our credit-building saving feature, Save, and the option to unlock to any bank account for free after 26 membership repayments
- Reporting to all three credit reference agencies (CRAs)
- Free or discounted access to Nooli, a financial wellbeing app, when you use a Bolt-on
- A free personalised financial plan, and a series of money tips emails
- Support from our friendly team, six days a week

🕒 What is the cooling-off period?
It’s a timeframe where you can change your mind and opt out. The cooling-off period at Loqbox is 14 days from the date you joined.
When does the cooling-off period start if I have a free trial?
Sometimes we offer a free trial so you can test out Loqbox. If you have a free trial, the cooling-off period starts from when you sign up.
Will I automatically get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up as a member, you will automatically get a refund.
