Who manages your Protect policy?
Loqbox partners with Eleos, who provide and manages your income protection policy.
That means all policy changes, updates, and claims are handled directly by Eleos.
Loqbox’s role is to introduce you to a trusted provider and support you in protecting your financial wellbeing, but we don’t manage your cover day-to-day.
How to access your policy
- Log in to your Loqbox account.
- Go to Protect in your dashboard.
- Select the link to open your Eleos policy portal.
- Review your cover details, policy documents, and contact Eleos if you need to make changes

How to make changes to your policy
Need to update your payment details, change your cover amount, or review your documents? It’s quick to do through Eleos:
- Log in to your Eleos portal via Loqbox.
- Select Manage My Policy.
- Choose one of the following:
- Update personal or payment details
- Change your cover amount
- Review or download policy documents
- Confirm your changes and keep the confirmation email for your records.

How to cancel your Loqbox Protect policy
We understand that cancelling can feel like a big decision. Whether your needs have changed or you’re adjusting your budget, you can do it quickly and easily:
- Log in to your Eleos portal via Loqbox.
- Select Cancel My Policy.
- Confirm your cancellation and save the confirmation email for your records.
If your circumstances change in future, you can return to Loqbox Protect and request a new quote.
