If you’ve changed your email address:
- Log in to Loqbox and go to your account settings.
- Select update email address and enter the new one you’d like to use.
- We’ll send you a verification link to confirm the change.
If there’s a mistake in your email address, like a typo, and you can’t log in or receive verification emails, please use this form to tell us what’s going on, and we’ll get it sorted.
We’ll just need to check some details to confirm it’s really you. For example, we may need to ask to see your photo of your ID, but we’ll let you know what we need.

- Go to Account
- Select Membership
- Scroll down to Payment Method
- Edit the card details
- Select Confirm to save the new details
