Welcome to Loqbox

Loqbox is here to help you build your credit, save money, and feel more confident about your financial future. 

Almost two million people have already joined, and whether you’re looking to boost your score, create a savings habit, or simply understand money better, you’re in the right place.

If you’ve just become a member and feel a little lost, don’t worry. We’ll walk you through the basics so you can feel at home right away.

What you’ll need to get started

  • Your login details. It’s the email address and password you registered with.
  • A secure internet connection: Loqbox is web-based (we don’t have an app yet, but you can expect to see one soon! More on that below).
  • A UK bank account or compatible account for payments.
  • Access to your signup email address: make sure you can get into it, as it’s needed for password resets.

Logging in for the first time

To access your account, log in

Enter the email address and password you used to sign up, and you’ll be taken to your secure dashboard. It’s your central hub for managing payments, features, and support.

Once you’re in, your home screen will show:

  • The latest offers and incentives
  • A summary of the credit-building features you’re using, including;
  • An overview of your Grow line of credit
  • And other tools you can set up, if you’re not using them yet

You can also get help from our member support team, manage your repayments, and all your details in your account.

Common login issues and how to fix them

“My details are not recognised. What should I do?”

  • It may sound obvious, but double-check for typos in your email or password.
  • Make sure you’re using the email you signed up with.
  • If you’re outside the UK, check you’re on the UK login page.
  • Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
  • If you’re still stuck and can’t get in, reach out to member support for help.

“I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?”

Click ‘I need a new password’ on the login page, or follow this reset password link. Then:

  • Enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset email with instructions.
  • Check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it within 30 minutes.
  • Be sure to use the exact email you signed up with. Typos or different addresses won’t work.

“Is there a Loqbox app?”

There isn’t a Loqbox app just yet.

For now, you can access Loqbox, and manage your membership completely through your web browser. 

We recommend bookmarking the login page and saving your details in a secure password manager.

As soon as our app launches, we’ll let members know. 

FAQs

What if I’m logging in from abroad?

Depending on where you are in the world, you might not be able to access your Loqbox as normal. 

If you need urgent help while you’re overseas, please contact our member support team.

We can sort out some issues if you can’t log in, but not all. We will help if we can. 

Limited access while you’re overseas is only temporary. 

When you're back in the UK, you will be able to log in again as normal and manage your account.

Can I use Loqbox on my phone?

Yes. Loqbox is mobile-friendly via your browser. Just log in as you would on desktop, and consider saving the login page to your home screen for quick access.

What happens if I still can’t log in after trying everything?

Reach out to member support. We’ll work with you to get you logged in securely, step by step. Submit a request here and we’ll help you you as soon as possible.
